       Yes, the Kadu Flyer has always been free, as the Bruce's feel strongly
       that no one should be making money on HW without giving them a cut of
       the cash, so it will always be free. They pay for it for the most part
       out of their own pocket with donations of stamps from people and
       Griffin before the last tour. They have not asked for an SASE before
       now, but finances require it.

       As for what a #10 envelope is, I think it is just a legal size
       envelope, but I am not positive of this.
