HW: HW Merchandise address prob?

   Can you tell me what the note says (or looks like)? If he just recently gave
up his P.O. Box, they should've had him fill out a change of address and
forwarded any 1st and 2nd class mail to his new address for 1 yr. If he let
his P.O. Box rent expire, they should have an address on file (you have to
provide a physical address before being able to rent one), that doesn't mean
he didn't move since renting the box. Around here, they'll usually hang on to
1st class mail for a few weeks before sending it back - in case the person is
away on vacation or something and forgot about paying.
