HW: Tape cover available for your perusal

       Special thanks to both Paul and Wylie for offering up some publicly
       available disk space for storing the sample HW Cover Tape insert.
       After my initial plea produced no response, we now have twice the
       resources!

       The file is a PostScript print job.  I can also produce a PDF
       version of the same for anyone who has an Adobe Acrobat Reader
       (this Reader is freely available for all platforms from
       http://www.adobe.com/)  Let me know if this is desired.

       As far as this label goes, this is the first pass.  We can change
       any part of it.  We can make the inserts for the second and third
       tapes similar or identical in format, or we can produce some other
       designs for something completely different.  We're flexible.  :-)

       Any and all  comments/flames :-) are accepted, public and private.
