Cor, I don't think I've taken this much stick since I slagged _Live
Chronicles_! :)

I dunno, it's fifteen years ago, memories fade, so I honestly don't know
which of these scenarios is most accurate:

(a) it just went over my head (entirely possible)

(b) up till then, I'd associated "Brainstorm" with approx. 10 minutes of
BLANGA with strobes, and I was resistant to change

(c) he really did go on and bloody on :)

I think what I mean to say is, as a rule, drum solos don't do a lot for
me, no matter how technically proficient.  Al's solos were an exception,
and I was, like, trying to pay him a compliment without it turning into a
love-fest :)
