Sounds like a bootleg of the "bootleg".  In other words,"Live Bootleg"
was probally re-recorded by somebody and made into an album.  The songs
seem to be the same as of the official "Live Bootleg", which was in
fact released in 1972 by Columbia.

If in fact it is something different, it would be interseting to see
exactly what it is.
