Torgo-
You can think what you want to think, but the reality of Imaginos is that it
was Albert's solo album, begun in 1982. He invited Allen and Joe to appear on
specific tracks-- as he did practically everyone else who appeared (not
always credited properly, either), The "presences" of Donald and Eric were
dubbed in (following Albert's guide vocals) more than a decade later, as were
a couple of other guitar players, who like Donald's occasional leads, were
all added long after the fact. If it sounds more like a full BOC album to
you, it's only because it's the last effort with the familiar arrangement
style (as well as the Pearlman lyrics) that made for the full deal. Now ask
some of the few hardy types still awake after shredding this and other
ancient threads to filaments for the umpteenth time to tell you the sad tale
of Jonathan Padgett...Meanwhile, howzabout the new full Beatles' single, huh?
