Arthur Levy's liner notes

In the liner notes on both "CoE-tmy" and "WotT", mr. Levy states that SEE
was intended to make up for "sins of omission/comission" of OYFOOYK.

As near as I can tell, not counting covers of stuff by other bands, only one
song on SEE ("Astronomy") was released when OYFOOYK was released.  While it
is a good song, I hardly see how this would count as "sins of omission"
Anyone have more info on this?
