alt.music.blueoystercult never got rmgrouped.  Nor did it ever get
properly newgrouped--the control message for it was missing the
"Approved:" header, so any site that automated group creation in
any way probably missed it (Netcom got the control message, but the
group wasn't created because of this).  Sites that get the group
either were set up to accept it without the correct headers, or had
the group requested by users on the system.
