[ Yes, I bought Bowie's new one, produced by Eno, and it's the weirdest
  album I have ever bought, even for me, IMO anyway... back to Brock.

  The new-releases list is updated and sent out once a week, and the
  asterisk indicates "new item" or "something has changed since last week's
  issue".  The former applies here, so somehow they got some info that it
  was out this past Tuesday here in the U.S. ]
