Basically, they screwed up on the budget and didn't get it finished on time. So they filled it up with any old stuff. "Hallo Excentrico!" is "Fur Immer" recorded with Klaus Dinger putting his fingers on the tape spool while Michael Rother and Conny Plank have a conversation. Think of them as bonus tracks :) - Andy
