HW: US Covers: Update

Hi all,

I've rec'd the tapes (yesterday--wow that box was heavy), and money from
Chris Stier, Chris Baxley, Rob Jennings, and Jerry Guizar thus far.

We're still waiting on word on the IQ cover from Jerry as to whether or
not it'll be in the set after all (not rec'd yet thought its on the tape
labels).  Once that's resolved, we can begin duplication immediately.

If you haven't sent in the $13.60 to $15 (depending on your inherent
generosity :-) for your covers yet, please do so ASAP, as I expect the
$385 to show up on my Amex this coming statement...  I'm at:
