HW: some very poor photos WWW

Dear bocklers

I have just spent the afternoon trying to get some decent scans from my
photo collection onto the Web, but have given up due to disappointiong
results, and hints from my boss that they do not pay me to spend ages
scanning in HW photos, especially if I then use university resources to
display them. The upshot of this long sentance is that if you get

 you will see 6 photos, totalling 0.57 MB

 there are 6 photos, totalling 0.95 MB.

You will notice I have made no effort to make the pages beautiful or even
interesting, as I suspect I will be asked to remove them once the
appropriate person comes back from holiday.
