No sir.  Sleep apnea is when a sleeping person stops breathing for any
amount of time.  It's related to chronic snoring.  Falling asleep at any
time is actually narcolepsy (I think).  Of course, if you forget the word,
you can always do what I do:  refer to it as "the opposite of insomnia".
