glaucoma patients and cancer patients mainly.it also helps some people

(thats a joke).  but it does curb some violent feelings i get sometimes
when i watch the news.

do i think its necessary as a medicine? hell,no. there are many other
substances that do the same thing,and you dont have to smoke them.but
people have the right to use whatever
works for them,and anyone who says they cant is a tyrranical bastard.
