as far as opinions go:
roswell is a remote(and probably uncomfortable to many)sort of place.
ya gotta wonder how many people will be willing to spend their precious
vacation(from school,work,maximum security lock-down;whatever) time
wandering thru the desert,lookin' for wild peyote or maybe wild bill,
as well as who these these people might be.
i think the key phrase in this skenario might be "cult following."
i don't think the average hmmm, ...errr...sheryl crow.. fan- would travel more than say
20 or 30 miles to attend a show,where as bands
like phish,the allmans,er.. hawkwind,and a whole mess of others,have
lots of fans who will see as many shows as they can on a tour,and often
in spite of LARGE CONSEQUENCES.
     i don't think i will go to this thing if a band like hw(mr.pibb),
is going to get buried underneath 50 blah,blah-on-the-radio-6x-a-day
whitebread bands(coca-cola.)>unless,of course,hw is going to be hosting a party
in the desert!<

     uh- please pardon my babbling.

        "on the Nth day,(god) created the sun,the valleys and streams;
        and (he) filled the valleys with trees,and with GRASS.
        and on the Oth day,(god) said {{LET THERE BE LIGHT!}}
        and he LIT UP- and it was GOOD...."
            ...mis-quoted line from the silly movie
              "up your alley" linda blair b-rated comedy
                   rj
ps: if this pisses anyone off,i was never home tonight,this is a savage
attempt by my evil pc to shake the chains ofhuman control,yet again...
