off: Phish?

Go! You'll enjoy them I'm sure.. They've become one of my favorite bands in
the last few years.. Their music is, well, different but.. good. Imagine if
you will, a mix of Yes, Zappa, BOC and the Dead... and you might get some
inkling of what their music is like.. I've collected over 30 live tapes
(they allow taping at shows..) and listen to them all the time.

I've mentioned before on this list that sometimes, in their more rock
oriented songs, they almost remind me a bit of Blue Oyster Cult... But
they're worlds away from most any other music you could name.. Hard to
quantify...
