Actually I have a copy, courtesy of Deb Frost. I started reading it,
but I found that it only reads well in snippets. I spent the better
part of an evening reading random passages from it, and it seemed
brilliant, obscene, self-indulgent, and delightfully wicked. The
trouble is that if you read too much of it in the proper sequence,
then "self-indulgent" starts to edge out the rest of its qualities.

I'm not sure if I would recommend acquiring a copy or not. I suppose
it depends how much tolerance you have for that sort of smug counter-
culture literature, and how much purely scholarly interest you might
have in watching one of the rock-n-roll's great (side)lights pick
his nose in public, and flick the bits at you.
