Yes, that is the credit.  Also, as pointed out by someone else, this was
recorded during rehearsal for Lemmy's 50th.  Credits say:

Overkill (Kilmister/Clarke/Taylor)
Recorded live direct to two-track at The Plant Studios in Sausalito on
December 13, 1995 during rehearsal for Lemmy's 50th Birthday party at the
Wiskey A Go-Go, Los Angeles
Mixed by Randy Staub
