I have a tape of a band called "Global" who were at Glastonbury a couple
of years back (Blue Moon Cafe). It's basically techno but with all the
whooshy noises and enough live instruments to vary the sound in a
similar way to Hawkwind. It has whooshy noises galore and even a
synthesised didgeridoo.

Tape swaps available on request. If Global are still around, I'm sure
they'd appreciate the publicity...
