i no longer remember the number or address,but there is a shop in
england somewhere called rock of ages,who specialize in this sort of
thing.
i bought several old programmes from them.they are a little expensive,
but the stock was in really good shape,and the response time was more
than satisfactory.

any uk'ers know where this shop is located?
