BOC: In defense of Bolle

Well, anyone who actually subscribes to BOC-L is sent a message
describing how the list operates, including a bit about the filters.
I'm sure Bolle would only speak in such an authoritative fashion from
direct personal experience, so no doubt he is aware of them. :-)

I think the big problem about the filters is getting people to use them.
