I've been using 5 1/4" CD/Disk drawers made by a company called Exponent.
They list for about $60-$70 US each but EggHead software caries them for
not much more than $30 US. ($30 when on sale $34? normally)

They come in standard "Computer Putty" and grey. Have 2 removable drawers
(with carrying handles, and drawer locks (plastic locks)) that hold 20
CDs in jewel cases each. They are stackable and connect together
vertically, horizontally, or both. Same width as the 3 drawer 3 1/2"
version so they stack also.

Many other versions/options available including a wheeled platform.
