   "INFO REFCARD" sent to LISTSERV at LISTSERV.SPC.EDU will give you the
options you can use. It looks like "SIGNOFF BOC-L" will unsub you. You can
also "SET BOC-L NOMAIL" to turn mail off, "SET BOC-L DIGESTS" to get it in
Digest form, and there's a few options for getting mail only pertaining to
BOC or HW as well as all.

BTW.....all those commands should be typed in the message itself (as
opposed to Subject).
