I don't *think* it has any bearing on what's going to be on the album - I
don't actually have the book (it was a pricey import, and I'd read several of
the stories already), but he didn't say much except "I've got some pages left,
here's some lyrics I've written..."

I do know that "Nightmare Epiphany" has been knocking around for a while - I
think they demoed it a couple of years ago, but haven't played it live ever.
