Well, a bit different.  In Garp, the guy's unit was bitten off when the
car they were in got hit.  In Shirley's story, the guy gets a little too
rough with the girl and while nothing is bitten off, the guy does have
trouble, uh "getting around" - to the point where he needs to perform a
bit of "removal" on his own.
