HW: US Tour Line up

I got a package yesterday from Jim Lasko, who is overseeing the US tour
details.   In it it gives details of the band's requirements, including
staging.   An interesting note is that they have a spot for Allan at his
usual stage right position.   Now I imagine that this is "for planning
purposes only" and not fixed in stone, but it seems we may get to see the
classic HW we love, plus Ron and Jerry this summer.
