ADMIN: Error mail to Ron Jennings

First off, my apologies to everyone besides Ron, but mail to him is bouncing
and this is the only way I'm aware of to get anything to him.

Ron: I hope you see this appear in the archives and can get someone else to
handle it. All list mail from BOC-L has been bouncing from your service
provider with the following errors. Please attempt to get in touch with
someone from your service provider to see if they can resolve this.
