  As I recall, it was just the reverse.  The deal was something along
the lines that pure THC and it's derivatives could only exist at
extremely low temperature or some such.  PCP was cheap and easily
available (a horse dose was half the size of your fist).  Any of our
resident chemists monitoring this?
