My memory gives me the chant as reading "Should do that, shouldn't do
that, should do that, shouldn't do that" as a kind of double authority
command - not only telling you what not to do but what you have to do
as well.    But maybe that's just my paranoia re-inventing Hawkwind
lyrics as well as everything else!
