His latest???? I thought Shreeve's Red Shift was already out about 15
years ago? Maybe it's a remaster?

Nope, not a remaster. This is a brand-new effort from last year. Shreeve
got chummy with the guys from one of the "vintage synth museums" in the UK
and made an hour+ CD in the spirit of TD's RUBYCON, but using the recording
techniques of 1996. Nice change of pace from his usual rocket-powered
material. Four tracks, longest one is 33 minutes (with a real long section
featuring just a heartbeat) with lots of Mellotron.

If ya want to hear a kick-ass live synth CD, get Shreeves' COLLIDE. Strap
in before listening!
