BOC: Buck on Perfect Water

I emailed Buck about the Jacques Cousteau lyric in Perfect Water (you know,
the bit about hearing bells in random order), and here's his reply.
Interesting that he doesn't think much of the CN rendition. I've heard some
folk here say they like it, even some who hate the whole album. I wonder how
he hears it in his head?
BTW, does anyone have any idea why JC hears bells in random order when he's
underwater? Or does anyone have an email address for Jim? At least one
enquiring mind would like to know...:)
Pete.
