I can browse this store with $100 in credit and find nothing to buy, it used to be good, more proggy stuff, but lately I just don't know. Maybe I own to damn many CD's already. And they always play annoying music.

Has really changed of late. In email to Alan I mentioned this is a great store, it used to suck. Has Prog section, which doubled in the last year. However this is the Berkeley store, mine is the Concord store where alternative is all we care about.

Don't wate your time. With all the better stores in spitting distance Tower seems to have given up. Maybe this new store will attempt to return to the once proud Tower selection. Again the Concord Tower has slacked off greatly. Has 4 HW CD's, never changes.

Your lucky you didn't go south to San Jose, CD Wherehouse and Rasputins. A wealth of CD's.

I guess I just like to buy online now.

My CD needs are supplied by:
Compact Disc Connection: (online-better selection on mainstream and Hawkwind and Space than most stores nearby, cheaper too.)
Progtron: My local Prog man, always slow, but he's a great guy.
SynPhonic: You want Prog, Greg's the man. No internet, but fast delivery.
