Ha!  It has finally happened to someone else!  I, too, bought this album.
 ALERT! THIS IS NOT, I repeat not, Inner City Unit.  Instead, this is
some punk band called Intensive Care Unit, who use the acronynm I.C.U..
I bought it, thinking it might be some new or rare CD, and found out
otherwise.  They have a female singer for chrissakes (not to down female
singers).  I've tryed to sell this at used record stores a million times,
but to no avail.
