I read in the paper this morning that in the city of Los Angeles, people are opening OXYGENE BARS. Apparently Japan has had these for a while, now LA is getting in the the act. $16 for 20 minutes of fresh, clean oxygen. Strikes me as kinds scary, paying for oxygen.
