HW: Hype?

        What is it like?
        I'd say this book is a VERY collectable item, one that would be totally
impossible to get out here in Australia (the actual album's difficult
enough to find, itself), so I was just interested in any reviews of the
book, etc.
        I don't suppose anyone would be willing to "offload" any copies, as if
anyone would. But if anyone sees a copy second hand, etc., I'd be very
interested in getting it.
