IS the BOC logo a licensed product?    Does it belong to BOC=3
or Sony?

I thought I saw a snowboarders car with alll sorts of bumper stickers for
equipment the other day, one sticker was curiously similar to the BOC
logo begin used in the upside down mode.   Is the symbol not a protected
under trademark?
