Maybe my memory's bad, but I seem to remember Dave Brock answering that
question with the general gist of 'I don't remember what that was supposed
to be myself.'

Which leads me to believe that it was either completely made up, or so
short-lived an idea that it wasn't even worth remembering.

Of course, I may be wrong.
