hw: the scoop, please?

Hi all,

OK, please give me the scoop (label, catalog #, availability in US,
etc.) on Distant Horizons and the 1999 live thing.  I've heard all
these wondrous praises for them, but don't really know how soon--or
even if--I'll be able to get them yet!
