Well, maybe they were keen on keeping the price low - Virgin had it for
12.49, for instance, and it was in the 2 for 22 at HMV - because low prices
can "attract the buyers" too?  Maybe after trying fancy digipaks on _Alien 4_
and _Love in Space_, they thought they'd have a go at a "no-frills" package
at a lower price this time?

_1999 Party_ comes in a smashing package, but in your other post you say that
it's too expensive for you...  there's no pleasing some people! :)
