HW: Conspiracy vs. Dave

Hello people,

        I just received an e-mail from Dave Brock, which in no uncertain terms
advised me that I was wrong in the info I posted about his being turned
away at the border being due to paperwork not filed on time.

        I apologize for my mistake, I was mis-informed.  Apparently it was more
a matter of some heavy-handed customs goons wanting to flex their
pencil-pushing muscles.

        Again, I am sorry.  Flame away.
