HW: A Quark Night In Paris

Hello Folks !!

Received 2 days ago another CD-R with the title:
"A Quark Night In Paris"

CD Number: LWR CD003. August 1998 (Lone Wolf Production)

This more than 70 minutes long CD contains a gig which was recorded
on 23.04.1977 in Paris, Salle Pleyel.

The quality is slightly better that my tape. LONE WOLF did a good job. He
deleted the very disturbing background rustle

The gig is absolutely idenical with the tape I have from this gig. Only one
song is missing (Uncle Sam's On Mars)

Highlights are DAMNATION ALLEY (with and unusual spoken intro to this great
song) and WAITING FOR MY MAN. Hawkwind played only during February - April
1977 this song !

All in all I must say that this new CD-R is really worth to get. But it
hasn't the quality (recording and gig) from ATOMHENGE 1976.

It should be a very welcome addition to the collection of every hardcore
HAWKWIND fan!!!
