Ahem, you forgot to mention it's a *numbered* limited edition (of 500).
Not that you were trying to rub our noses in it, or anything. ;-)

But, being a Hawkfan, you'll be used to that kind of wallet-draining
addiction by now.  (At least you only have two albums to pick up, not
two hundred as with Hawkwind...;)

Actually, it'll probably grow on you. :-)  I had the same reaction on my
first listen (and I *still* think the guitar solo needs to be a bit
bigger, given they slow the song down and hence give it an inevitable
climactic build-up), but now it's really grown on me, and I like it.
The little outro portion is known as "Tomorrow Never Knows Jam," and
they usually extend and jam on it quite a bit live.
