HW: Video source?

Hey all,

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the Hawkwind video
_Live at the Cleveland Phantasy Theater_?  I'd prefer NTSC format,
but in extremis I'd settle for PAL, and get it converted.

And secondarily, I understand that there are something like three
versions of that video.  Does anyone know what differentiates the
various versions, and which ones might be preferable to get (assuming
that it's still possible to get any of them anymore)?
