Only other non-officially-documented cover I can think of having seen:  "I
Want You (She’s So Heavy)", performed several weeks after Lennon’s murder, at
a show in Fayetteville NC.  There is at least one tape of this song (and it’s
gorgeous, if a little muffled) from the same tour, from Biloxi, Mississippi.

Although it really doesn’t count as a cover, the band stuck in a verse/chorus
of "Kicks" during Dominance and Submission at a show I saw in ‘76 in
Philadelphia.  According to Bolle G., the only available tape of this bit is
from the Boston Music Hall show of the same tour.  It’s frustrating, since the
guy’s tape apparently ran out right at the beginning of it, and you get a
fade-in on half the verse, and then the chorus.  Still fun though, and it
sounds great.
