Right!  Anything north of White Plains is Upstate!  But the people
from Watertown don't like Syracusans saying we're from upstate.  I
guess anything north of the metropolitan NY area is considered
upstate--esp. by folks from NYC.  Of course when you tell people in
another state you're from NY State, they still think you're from
NYC...
