Well, my fiancee knows a dentist who got into that stuff,
and ended up 1) losing his job, 2) losing his wife, 3)
losing his 5 children (to his wife), and 4) losing just
about all respect from all of his friends and family.

But I guess some people think it's worth it.  Go figure.
