Yup,

although it was called "The Adventures of Jerry Cornelius" and ran in
International Times issues 57-71, reprinted in "The (New) Nature of the
Catastrophe".  It was scripted by Moorcock and M. John Harrison and drawn by
Mal Dean and M. Glyn Jones.  Its not bad in a trashy sort of way.
