OFF: DCC Compact Classics

Recently, I mentioned the DCC remaster of _Aqualung_, and someone
(Carl?) asked about how to get DCC titles. Well, I enquired with the
chap that turned me on to DCC, and he responded with some info, which
I've included below.

I also did a bit of WWW searching myself, and found one online company
that seems to sell DCC titles cheaper than going to DCC directly, so you
might want to check that out, too. The company is Audiophile
International, USA, and the URL is http://www.audiophileusa.com/DCC.HTM

For those that want to start the write-in campaign for the first three
BOC albums (which kicked off this thread, and which brings things nicely
back on topic:), point yer browsers to, and get scribblin' at
http://www.DCCcompact.com/feedback.html ;-)

Cheers,

Paul.

Hi everybody!
Much to my delight,
DCC released 2 more titles this month.

ORIGINAL MASTERS -Jethro Tull
&
VAN HALEN I

Many of you (such as Paul) have asked me about DCC ordering info,
website url etc.
When I said they didn't have a website, I was going on old information.
Everyone into "audiophile-quality" recordings & masters,
agrees that DCC puts the "HI" back in "Hi~fi".
If you *love good sound* (who doesn't?) &
like Tull, Cream, CCR, Deep Purple, the Doors, Eagles, McCartney,
Miller (Steve, not Glen), Elvis, Badfinger, Beach Boys,
Miles, Coltrane, Montgomery, Rollins (Sonny, not Henry),
Evans, Smith, Peterson etc.
...then these re-issues qualify as "must have"!
Big, full, rich analog warmth on the cold-gold digital format!
8-) (they also do 180+gram virgin vinyl releases)

look `em up;
It'll be worth your time,
