My copy (the US release on Caroline) lists the same four tracks, but
"Tab...25" is actually a single 25 or 30-minute track.  "Longhair" is about
10 minutes long, and "Lord 13" is about 5 minutes.

Obviously there are!  It was originally released on the German label
Glitterhouse.  Is that your copy, or are there others that I don't know about?

It was never "available" per se; a few promo copies were sent out to
fanzines to promote the debut 7", and there were probably a few copies sent
out to fans who wrote to them early on (like me :^). I think you can
download it in real audio and/or MP3 on one of the various Monster Magnet
fan sites.  If you can't find it, drop me a line and I can probably help
... (there was also a second demo cassette with early versions of the
'Spine of God' material, but I don't have that one, unfortunately).
