    Thanks for the response.  I did see the first post  on boc-l, but there wasn't any commentary as to why.  If this was an '89 release, is it still available?  From you?  There weren't cd-r's in '89 so was this on vinyl?  Is Smashing Rocks a legit label or...?
     
    No, I found it through a private collector.  It looks like the CD's are exact pictures of "Love in Space" Cover.  Front cover is something I don't recognize.  So I guess that it wasn't made in 1989 like the back cover says.  The BOC HW is starting to give feedback to the tune of, NOT ! !  One said it was recorded in Minneapolis.
     
    I've never heard of Smashing Rocks.  There is a Smashing Records label.  Mike Coleman never heard of this release (boot) so it must be rare.  Almost could pass for a "cheap" official release.  I've tried to
    see if the guy can get more, but he said he traded it for a Black Sabbath CD, and I don't even know if he's really into Hawkwind much.  And no, he's not in touch with the guy he bought it from, probably some time ago.  I TRIED ! ! !  And believe me, If I can find more, you guys will be the first to know.  But I gotta get the next one for Mike C. or he'll KILL ME ! ! ! ! !    :)))
